3.1. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

3.3. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.
4. Tracking and Shipment Confirmation:
4.1. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
4.2. You can track the progress of your shipment by using the provided tracking number on our website or the respective courier's website.
4.3. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Customs and Duties:
6.1. At this time we do not offer international shipments.

8. Order Modifications and Address Changes:
8.1. Once an order is placed, it is not possible to modify or change the shipping address. Please ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

Return & Refund Policy
Diamond Christyle, does it's best to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience and the highest quality products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item or issue a refund. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Returns:
1.1. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving purchase. After this period, we will not be able to process any returns.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

1.4. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.
1.5. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method to avoid any potential loss or damage during transit.
2. Refunds:
2.1. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
2.2. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
2.3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return/exchange is due to our error.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
3.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. This includes underwear, swimwear, earrings, and any other items specified as non-returnable in our policy or on our website.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at diamond@diamondchristyle.com Please provide your order details and photographs of the damaged/incorrect item, if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
5. Sale or Clearance Items:
5.1. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
